"It’s not just about nurses in the past, but because in the middle of this film's story, Emi comes to be a nurse in the field. So there are a lot of emergencies, uh, gunshot wounds are different from in bed and in a hospital bed versus in the forest," said Beby Tsabina when met in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, on Friday (27/3/20206)

"So we were also given a nurse who could help understand what it’s like if there’s no mattress in the forest, if there’s no alcohol, what to use, that was already provided," she added.

In addition to medical workshops, Beby also conducts independent research. "As I mentioned earlier, I was given quite clear information about Emmy's character, but I did look for more. As I also mentioned during the interview, there aren't many stories from Emi herself; they are fragmented, so I really had to do quite a bit of research. Fortunately, when I arrived, after we had a deal and everything was set, I got to production, and our director had several books that might have been part of his research, so I took one book.
