The issues faced by Hera after leaving the home of Erin, the ex-wife of Andre Taulany, are not just about allegations of abuse. To this day, Hera claims she still has no access to her personal belongings.

Besides physical trauma, she is now struggling to carry out activities because her identification documents are withheld. Not only that, her economic rights in the form of salary for one month of work are also claimed to have not been paid at all by Erin.
"My phone and clothes are still there, along with my ID card, and my salary has not been given until now," said Hera when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Monday (04/05/2026).
The foundation that assists Hera, Nia, confirmed the confiscation of those items. Nia stated that she had tried to come politely to pick up her worker and resolve administrative matters, but instead faced unpleasant treatment and was expelled from the location.
Nia emphasized that her presence that night was to rescue Hera, who had already experienced physical violence. She demanded that her worker's belongings be returned and Hera's salary rights be fulfilled promptly as per the initial agreement when she started working.
"That's why I came that night to resolve things properly administratively and return the salary and what was withheld to the workers so I could take it home. However, he has not acted ethically until today," said Nia.
Nia also denied Erin's claims that they had provided compensation to the foundation. According to her, the money paid initially was official administrative fees, not compensation for the incident that occurred. She feels slandered if her efforts are said to be problematic by the employer.
"No, no. And that is not compensation, that is payment to me for administration," said Nia.
