1. Considered Image Building

However, Jeje's decision to enter the world of politics has received mixed reactions from netizens. Some support it, but many also criticize and consider it as an image building move amidst the issue of his wife Syahnaz Sadiqah's infidelity. Regarding this matter, Amy Qanita denies it.

"No, it's not true. As human beings, if they have decided to enter, they must be committed, they must be serious, not just doing it half-heartedly, they must be able to do it," explained Amy Qanita.

2. Realize the Late Papa's Dream

It is known that Jeje Govinda and Nisya Ahmad have joined the National Mandate Party (PAN). Jeje will run in the West Java II constituency for the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI), while Nisya will run for the West Java Provincial People's Representative Council (DPRD Provinisi Jawa Barat). Jeje stated that the reason he entered the world of politics is because he wants to continue his late father's aspirations.

"My late father didn't have the opportunity to enter politics, it was not fulfilled. God willing, I can continue my father's dream. I want to serve my hometown in West Java," said Jeje at the PAN Central Office some time ago.
