Oki Setiana Dewi and Family Decide to Move to Egypt, Want to Deepen Islamic Religious Knowledge

Kapanlagi.com - Oki Setiana Dewi plans to move to Egypt to deepen her religious knowledge. The sister of Ria Ricis admitted that her move with her husband and four children has been prepared for the past two years.

In Egypt, Oki will deepen her religious knowledge and her children will continue their education there. According to Oki, Egypt is a suitable country for her to gain religious knowledge.

"Because in Egypt there are many teachers, we can learn a lot. So I want to come there to learn more," said Oki Setiana Dewi when met in the area of Jalan Kapten Tendean, Mampang, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (19/3/2024).

"Because I feel that it is much more important when giving lectures to be responsible so that I can convey more," Oki added.

In addition, in Egypt there is a campus that she will enter to study religion. Moreover, there are many Indonesian people who study Islamic religion there.

"There are a lot of Indonesians there and we also have a branch of Ulumul Quran in Egypt," said Oki briefly.

Oki admitted that she has taken care of everything so that she can go to Egypt soon. Apparently, the 35-year-old woman will make her move gradually.

"Only I, Maryam, and Khodijah will go to Egypt (first)," said Oki.

Regarding permits and other matters in Egypt, Oki admitted that her husband, Ory Vitrio, has been preparing them since a month ago. Meanwhile, Oki and her children have also prepared mentally and others, including learning Arabic.

"Other preparations are first about finances, because there we have to rent a house which of course must have two kitchens. Second, preparation of knowledge, mastering the Arabic language. Third, preparation of the heart. Because we have to move to a new place," said Oki.

"But alhamdulillah, our move is not sudden, there has been preparation from several years ago, the children are often taken back and forth to Egypt so that they become more familiar," Oki concluded.
