Kapanlagi.com - A new chapter in the journey of RANS Entertainment officially begins. The company founded by Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina now holds the status of a public company after officially listing its initial shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on Friday (10/7/2026).
Through the initial public offering (IPO), PT RANS Entertainment Indonesia Tbk released 2.525 billion new shares or equivalent to 20.02 percent of the paid-up and fully paid capital. With an offering price of IDR 170 per share, the company successfully raised funds amounting to IDR 429.25 billion.
Investor enthusiasm was also quite high. During the public offering period, RANS shares experienced oversubscription with nearly one million investors recorded participating in the ordering process.
