Movieverse Review of the Film GUDANG MERICA

Kapanlagi.com - The film GUDANG MERICA directed by Imam Darto has successfully held its Gala Premiere on Tuesday, (12/5) last. This horror genre film successfully attracted audiences and invited guests, including 4 members of Movieverse, to fill Epicentrum XXI.

With high enthusiasm, the audience welcomed this premiere event. This was even more evident when the much-anticipated red carpet moment arrived. With a yellow-themed dress code, the cast attended this festive event.

1. Synopsis of the Film GUDANG MERICA

Featuring singers and comedians, this film stars Arla Ailani, Ardhito Pramono, Fatih Unru, Zulfa Maharani, Benedictus Siregar, etc. The film GUDANG MERICA focuses on the story of Razi (Ardhito Pramono) and three medical students who are undergoing their internship.

In the midst of their night duty at the quiet Harapan Ayah Hospital, they are faced with supernatural terror that forces them to solve various bizarre mysteries that threaten their lives.

2. Gala Premier

As the night went on, the Gala Premiere event became more exciting and entertaining. During this premiere moment, the audience was not only treated to a beautifully presented film but also invited to a concert with Wijaya 80's vocalist and also an actor in the film GUDANG MERICA, Ardhito Pramono. He contributed his voice, which made the special event even more festive. This spontaneous concert moment marked the end of the gala premiere event that night and concluded with a group photo.

However, it didn't stop there. In unison, 28 members of Movieverse held a watch party on Saturday, (23/5) at Blok M Square to witness the excitement and satisfy their curiosity about the film GUDANG MERICA.

1. Widayantiade: A film with a combination of horror and light comedy that is still exciting. The hospital atmosphere feels tense, but there are many funny scenes that keep the audience from being too tense. The storyline is quite interesting with a mystery that keeps you curious until the end.

2. Febbynurha: This film tells the story of a coass student who is haunted by a ghost in a remote village hospital. It's not just a horror film but also includes comedy. The empathy is very touching, wrapped up in one. I was really surprised at the ending, which was unpredictable. It's an entertaining watch to invite friends and family. Curious why the title is actually Gudang Merica? Just head to the cinema to watch the film.

3. Aevanggryn: Funny, sad, emotional, all in one, and the jokes are really fresh. Recommended to watch it guys.

4. Evaa: The film is very complete - there's happiness, sadness, humor, and even horror! It's exciting from start to finish and mixes emotions. 9/10 for me, it’s the BEST, absolutely crazy!!

5. Theslift: The film is really exciting, the plot is unpredictable, and for someone like me who is easily scared, it's super fun. Besides horror, there’s also comedy that is funny.
