As we approach the Amazon Upfront 2026 presentation in New York on May 11, Prime Video has finally shared exclusive photos and a teaser trailer for the series Elle. This series is a prequel to Legally Blonde, which has long been awaited by fans, and is scheduled to premiere on July 1.
Its arrival is certainly grabbing attention, especially since the series will be available exclusively on Prime Video in over 240 countries and regions worldwide. Let’s take a look at some of the teaser photos!
Set in 1995, this series will take viewers to see Elle's side while she is still in high school and facing various dynamics of teenage life. The first season will highlight Elle Woods' tumultuous journey, from complicated friendships, forbidden love stories, to style choices that are often questioned.
Amidst all of this, Elle is also depicted as growing closer to her family, especially her mother, who becomes her support. From there, the series will show how Elle gradually shapes a strong, confident, and charming character as she is known today.
For the cast, Lexi Minetree is set to play young Elle Woods, with June Diane Raphael as her mother, Eva, and Tom Everett Scott as her father, Wyatt.
This series also stars Jacob Moskovitz, Gabrielle Policano, Chandler Kinney, Zac Looker, and Amy Pietz.
Meanwhile, the supporting cast includes Jessica Belkin, Danielle Chand, Matt Oberg, Chloe Wepper, Logan Shroyer, Sharon Taylor, David Burtka, Brad Harder, Kayla Maisonet, Lisa Yamada, and James Van Der Beek.
