Celebrate 20 Years of Career in Bollywood, Kareena Kapoor Remembers the First Shooting Moment Full of Struggle

She also reminisces about the early days of shooting her debut film titled REFUGEE. Kareena starred in the film alongside Abhishek Bachchan, who also made his debut as an actor in India.

1. The Struggle to Become an Actress

Becoming an actress is a choice that Kareena has never regretted. Although she had to work hard since the beginning of her career, this mother of one child remains happy with her job.

Kareena commemorated the day she became an actress by waking up at the same time as 20 years ago. She revealed this through her newly created Instagram account a few months ago.

"My first shoot was at 4 in the morning. Today, I woke up at 4, looked at myself in the mirror, and told myself that this is the best decision I've ever made," Kareena wrote on her Instagram account, @kareenakapoorkhan.

2. Thank You

Kareena also expressed her gratitude to the director who gave birth to the film REFUGEE. She also thanked Abhishek Bachchan, who was her co-star in the film.

"20 years of hard work, dedication, and self-belief. I am truly grateful and thankful to all the fans who have given love, support, and strength. Thank you #JPDUtta for my life in that film, @bachchan for being a sweet co-star, and everyone involved in this film. I want to go back to that time. #20YearsAndNotGivingUp," she wrote.
