The family drama of top Bollywood actor is once again capturing public attention. This time, it's Aamir Khan who is in the spotlight after his brother, Faisal Khan, made shocking allegations. Faisal claims he was confined at home for over a year by his family, including Aamir, under the pretext that he was suffering from a mental disorder.

Faisal's statement has sparked a heated debate in India. He even mentioned that his family accused him of suffering from schizophrenia and posed a potential danger to society.

Bollywood actor Aamir Khan finally speaks out following shocking allegations from his brother, Faisal Khan. In a recent interview, Faisal claimed he was locked up at home for over a year by his family, including Aamir, on the grounds that he was experiencing mental health issues.

Faisal, who starred in the film Mela with Aamir in 2000, said his family accused him of suffering from schizophrenia. "They kept saying I had schizophrenia, that I was a crazy person who could endanger society. All of that was said about me… and I kept wondering, how do I escape this trap?" Faisal revealed.

He emphasized that the situation made him feel isolated. "It was a trap for me. I was stuck in it because the whole family was against me. They considered me crazy," he added.

The accusation immediately drew the attention of the Indian public. In response, Aamir Khan along with his entire family released an official statement describing Faisal's claims as something that is "hurtful and misleading."

"We are saddened by the painful and misleading portrayal that Faisal has given of his mother, Zeenat Tahir Husain, his sister Nikhat Hegde, and his brother Aamir. Since this is not the first time he has misrepresented the events, we feel it is necessary to clarify our intentions and reaffirm our solidarity as a family," the statement read.

The family also emphasized that every decision regarding Faisal has always been made collectively with the involvement of professional medical personnel. "All decisions have always been based on love, care, and the desire to support his emotional and psychological well-being. Therefore, we refrain from discussing openly the details of a painful and difficult time for our family," they continued.

In addition, Aamir Khan's family also requested the media not to exacerbate the situation. "We hope the media can empathize and not turn personal issues into sensational, provocative, and hurtful gossip," the statement emphasized.The statement also included the names of family members who provided support, including Reena Datta, Junaid Khan, Ira Khan, Farhat Datta, Rajiv Datta, Kiran Rao, Santosh Hegde, Seher Hegde, Mansoor Khan, Nuzhat Khan, Imran Khan, Tina Fonseca, Zayn Marie Khan, and Pablo Khan.
