Kapanlagi.com - This year, Kajol has been invited by The Academy of Motion Arts and Sciences to be one of the jury panelists for the Oscars. Kajol will join 397 new jury panel members.
This was announced by The Academy of Motion Arts and Sciences on Tuesday, June 28th. Along with Kajol, there are actor Suriya and directors Sushmit Ghosh, Rintu Thomas, Reema Kagti, and Pan Nalin from India.

Kajol being selected as a jury panelist for the Oscars has made the actress happy. Ajay Devgan is also very proud of his wife's achievement and posted about it on his personal social media page.
"Congratulations Kajol for being selected as an OSCAR jury panelist. I feel very happy and proud. Congratulations also to the other selected jurors," wrote Ajay Devgan on IG and Twitter.

Before Kajol joined as a jury panelist for the Oscars, there were already many Indian actors and actresses who were members of the Academy. From Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Vidya Balan, Aamir Khan to Aditya Chopra.
Kajol herself has not spoken much about the announcement from The Academy. Meanwhile, the Indian public is already excited and very proud of this legendary Bollywood actress's achievement.
