This 36-year-old man admits that he never expected to have a child. In fact, Irwansyah feels nervous thinking about whether he can be a good father and the desired parent.
Wearing medical equipment ranging from masks to head covers, Irwansyah accompanies Zaskia Sungkar who is undergoing a caesarean section in the operating room.
"Actually, I'm happy, really happy when asked, but I actually have some butterflies. So, I've never been in a situation like this before, never experienced a mixed situation like this," he said.
A series of prayers are always recited by Irwansyah for the safety of his wife and the long-awaited baby.
As baby Ukkasya's cry broke and filled the operating room, Irwansyah immediately accompanied the baby who was born weighing 3.4 kg in a healthy and safe condition.
Irwansyah also adores baby Ukkasya in Zaskia Sungkar's arms. This emotional moment that signifies Irwansyah officially becoming a father will certainly never be forgotten.
Afterwards, Irwansyah accompanied the baby, who was transferred using a baby incubator tube, to be bathed. Irwansyah continuously expresses gratitude for the smooth delivery process.
After baby Ukkasya was bathed and swaddled, Irwansyah carried the baby with great affection. Although it was his first time, Irwansyah seemed to be an expert in handling babies.
