Last Thursday (8/8), Uki NOAH wrote a letter about friendship and his career journey with Ariel and friends. He wrote the letter as a farewell message to fans and colleagues in NOAH.

Uki decided to leave the band formerly known as Peterpan. Uki's decision to leave was certainly surprising news for their loyal fans. Because wherever Ariel and his friends perform, they always receive a warm welcome from their fans. The closeness between Uki and Ariel is not just mere colleagues. They have been friends since junior high school. That's where their careers were built.

The band, which initially only performed on August 17th and then at several cafes, suddenly became busy touring from around 2002 to 2006 under the name Peterpan.

2012 marked a new step for Uki and his friends when they had to adopt the name NOAH.

Despite changing their name, their fans remain loyal and supportive wherever Ariel and Uki and their friends perform.

Having started a career together since young, unfortunately Uki had to decide to leave the band consisting of Ariel, Lukman, and David.

The reason for Uki's departure is simply because he feels that he has achieved one of his dreams in life.

"For over 20 years, I have been struggling here with the intention of becoming a successful musician, that was my prayer when I was little. All of that has been realized and one goal in my life has been achieved," said Uki in a letter he wrote.
