Artist Kimberly Ryder has just undergone an examination at the South Jakarta Police regarding a car embezzlement case that she reported against Edward Akbar and NL, on Thursday (22/8/2024). This examination is a continuation of the report that Kimberly filed on June 27, 2024. Check out the full photos!
Machi Achmad, Kimberly's legal counsel, stated that the examination aims to complete additional information regarding the report that has been made.
"Today we are fulfilling an invitation from the South Jakarta Police. The agenda is to provide additional information regarding the report we submitted on June 27, 2024," said Machi at the South Jakarta Police, Thursday (22/8/2024).
Then Machi also appreciated the South Jakarta Police for promptly and decisively following up on this case.
"Alhamdulillah I particularly appreciate the South Jakarta Police for their swift and firm follow-up, as well as for calling the witnesses, both the complainant and the reported party," he said.
During the examination, Machi revealed that the investigators asked about 10 questions related to this case.
"We have been summoned, an invitation from the South Jakarta Police, specifically the investigative team for motor vehicle crimes. Earlier, we had additional questions, around 10 questions," said Machi.
In addition, Machi added that the investigators also inquired about the whereabouts of the vehicle, but until now there has been no certainty regarding the location of the vehicle in question.
"Earlier, there was also a question regarding the transfer of the vehicle's ownership, and there was a change in the vehicle's price, from 290 million to 260 million," he explained.
Meanwhile, Kimberly Ryder herself admitted that she was not feeling well during the examination. In addition, she is also busy with shooting a mini-series which makes her feel more tired.
After the examination was completed, Kimberly became the center of media attention when she went home by taxi. "I'm really tired, I actually just got home at 3 AM. I feel like I haven't been fit for two weeks, I don't know why, maybe because of everything," Kimberly revealed.
