It turns out that this Indonesian Idol graduate's ex-boyfriend also cheated on her. In fact, the person is said to have cheated more than once.
"I used to be with a guy and he cheated on me four times," Mahalini revealed on Denny Sumargo's podcast recently, quoted from detik.com on Monday (26/6/2023).
The singer of the song 'Sial' has also experienced physical violence, such as being kicked and hit on the head. "I was kicked, and the child (ex-boyfriend) hit me on the head," she said.
After deciding to break up, Mahalini apparently still experienced verbal bullying. Her ex-boyfriend came back just to insult her with inappropriate words.
"We've actually broken up, but he keeps chasing me. Then he said, 'Don't get too fat'. I'm already chubby, to the point of messaging my mom. He said, 'Lose some weight'. In my opinion, that's body shaming," she said.
