Rachel Vennya celebrated her 29th birthday in a different way. Instead of throwing a glamorous party like in previous years, the social media star planned to hold only a dinner event with close friends and family.

Rachel Vennya celebrated her birthday differently this year, inspired by her grandfather's advice that always reminded her of the importance of charity.
"I feel ashamed before Allah, I've been given blessings but what I spend is not comparable to the charity, build a mosque, build a prayer room," Rachel recalled her grandfather's advice.
Rachel Vennya also shared the inauguration event of the prayer room resulting from her donation that has just been completed, including the ribbon-cutting ceremony and a tumpeng (cone of rice) attended by local residents.
During the inauguration of the prayer room, Rachel Vennya also shared with the local community by providing basic food packages as a form of her gratitude.
Unfortunately, the prayer room funded by Rachel Vennya was only completed after her grandfather, affectionately called Antan, passed away recently.
"Qadarullah Antan had to pass away on September 16th and didn't get to see Rachel's surprise. But Antan must be proud, right?" Rachel wrote with deep emotion.
For Rachel Vennya, her grandfather played a significant role in her life so far. She expressed her gratitude, "Thank you so much Antan for everything. Because of Antan, Rachel could go to school."
Furthermore, Rachel added that because of her grandfather's prayers, she feels that her sustenance is always sufficient and her efforts are always made easier by the Almighty.
As she approaches her birthday, Rachel Vennya also realizes the importance of the power of prayer in her life, especially in facing various problems and trials.
"Whatever problems and trials Rachel has, Rachel always prays to be strengthened and for all her affairs to be made easier. Because honestly, if it weren't for Allah's help, Rachel might not have been strong and wouldn't have lasted until now," Rachel concluded, reflecting on the meaning of life and all the trials she has gone through.
