Afgan tells many things while chatting with Praz Teguh. One of them is the fact that he suffers from a sleep disorder called sleep spasm.

Sleep spasm or hypnic jerk is a condition where muscles move unconsciously when someone starts to fall asleep, causing a sudden startle and waking up.

Because of his sleep spasm, Afgan admits that he has trouble sleeping. In fact, he claims that he hasn't slept enough for two days when shooting content with Praz Teguh.

"It feels really uncomfortable, I'm really annoyed," Afgan said after telling how he can wake up every hour during sleep due to sleep spasm.

Of course, Afgan doesn't just sit still with his condition. He has consulted a doctor. However, the disorder still recurs even after taking medication.

Furthermore, the owner of the full name Afgansyah Reza also stated that he suffers from sleep eating disorder or Sleep-related eating disorder (SRED).

As the name suggests, sleep eating condition causes the person to eat while sleeping. However, the person only vaguely remembers or even does not remember at all that they have done it.

Afgan himself said that he feels disoriented as if he is on a ship and the only thing that comes to his mind is food when experiencing sleep eating.

There was an incident where Afgan ate nastar cake while asleep and then fell back asleep as if nothing happened shortly after.

Regarding his unusual health condition, Afgan admitted that he was fine during his childhood but as he grew older, it became more problematic.
