10 Portraits of Dante's Last Moments in the Swimming Pool Recorded by CCTV, Allegedly Drowned by Tamara Tyasmara's Lover

The last moments before the death of Dante, the only son of Tamara Tyasmara, were recorded on CCTV cameras in the swimming pool area.

In the CCTV footage, it can be seen that YA looks to the right and left as if observing the surrounding conditions before carrying out his actions.

The figure suspected to be YA deliberately drowned Dante by pulling the 6-year-old child into the water while he was on the sidelines.

Shortly after, Dante, who had been released, tried to swim to the surface and climb up to the edge of the swimming pool.

Although he managed to climb up with the help of an adult man believed to be YA, Dante was already lying down and not in good condition. He was later pronounced dead.

Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi said that YA has been arrested at his residence. After hearing the explanation and receiving the arrest warrant, he agreed to be taken to Polda Metro Jaya for further process.

For his actions, YA is charged with Article 76C Jo Article 80 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 Year 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 Year 2002 concerning Child Protection and/or Article 340 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 338 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 359 of the Criminal Code.

As a reminder, Tamara Tyasmara planned to go to the swimming pool with Dante after shooting on Saturday (27/2). Unfortunately, the child had already been whining to swim, so Tamara entrusted her son there with someone she trusted.

Before entrusting Dante with an adult who was previously undisclosed, Tamara Tyasmara had already instructed her child not to swim first. However, for some reason, Dante did not obey that day.

Shortly after, Tamara Tyasmara returned to the swimming pool from the shooting location. Upon arrival, Tamara saw Dante being given artificial respiration by one of the visitors who happened to be a doctor, and unfortunately, Dante could not be saved.
