The first place visited by Felicya Angelista is The Hanging Church or Gereja Gantung. This Coptic Orthodox Church of St. Virgin Mary is located in Cairo, Egypt.
What's special about this church? According to Felicya, this church was built without a foundation. However, the building still looks sturdy.
Felicya seems to be enjoying the sunset from the lobby of her hotel room. It's beautiful, isn't it?
The next destination explored by Felicya is Mount Sinai. This mountain is located in the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt.
Felicya is seen accompanied by her beloved mother at the foot of the mountain before climbing.
To reach the summit of Mount Sinai, Felicya must ride a camel first. Then the journey continues by climbing 750 steps.
Although the climb was done at night, Felicya didn't feel tired and sleepy at all.
The next day, Felicya visited one of the iconic tourist spots, the Dead Sea. She also tried the taste of the sea water, which is said to contain a lot of salt. Turns out, according to Feli, it doesn't taste salty but bitter!
At the destination of the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem, Feli felt her soul becoming more united and close to God. She also felt grateful for being given the opportunity to enjoy this spiritual journey this year.
