The continuation of Mark Sungkar's trial for the embezzlement of funds for the Trialthon national training activities was held again on Tuesday (16/3) at the Corruption Court, Jakarta.

As is known, it has been about a month since Mark has been detained while undergoing the trial process.

Not alone, this time Mark is accompanied by his beloved wife, Santi Asoka Mala, and also his child from a previous marriage, Yusuf Averoes.

As is known, Mark is charged with violating Article 2 Paragraph (1) Jo Article 18 Paragraph (1) letter B of the Law on Eradication of Corruption, subsidiary to Article 3 Jo Article 18 Paragraph (1) letter B and Article 9 Jo Article 18 Paragraph (1) letter B of the Law on Eradication of Corruption.
