2. Sold for Rp 48 Billion

After struggling for some time to sell the house, starting from promoting it on Instagram to creating a house tour video that she uploaded on YouTube to attract buyers. Finally, Sarita found a potential buyer.

The prospective buyer offered a price of Rp 48 billion for the house. The down payment payment process was supposed to take place yesterday, Monday, (27/1) but Sarita has not provided any updates.

If it sells later, Sarita plans to share the proceeds from the sale of the house with Faisal Harris. Although officially the house is the property given to her when they divorced, Sarita does not want to be selfish.

She will share the proceeds with Harris to pay off the debt that made the house a collateral. The rest will be used by Sarita to buy a new house.

4. Initially Offered Rp 60 Billion
