Celebrity couple Chacha Frederica and Dico Ganinduto have been married for 10 years harmoniously. They are known as one of the couples far from scandalous gossip. They share the recipe for keeping their household lasting.
According to Dico, the foundation of religion is the key to building their household. By making religion their guide, this couple feels more at peace in facing various life challenges.
"From the beginning, we have indeed focused on building our household based on religion. That is what can make life more peaceful," said Dico when met in the area of Jalan Kapten Tendean, Mampang, South Jakarta, Wednesday (5/3/2025).
Dico also added that marriage is a process of uniting two different personalities. The differences between them are bridged by religious teachings that serve as a guide for living together.
"Marriage is about uniting two different personalities. Behind those differences, what unites us is religion. That is what can maintain the harmony of the household," he added.
Meanwhile, Chacha revealed that their marriage is not without flaws. However, both strive to complement and take care of each other, like clothes that cover their partner's shortcomings.
"After 10 years of marriage, I won't say our marriage is perfect. So in this marriage, Mas Dico is my clothing, and I am Mas Dico's clothing, both covering each other's flaws and shortcomings," said Chacha.
When asked about the high rate of divorce among celebrities, Chacha emphasized that every household has its own struggles. She chooses not to interfere in other people's affairs and focuses more on the happiness of her own household.
"We shouldn't meddle in other people's households, we shouldn't interfere. We just need to pray to God that we are not given trials like that. So we must be wise in choosing and using our time, we shouldn't interfere, just pray for them," explained Chacha.
According to this couple who married in 2015, communication is the key to overcoming worries or problems that may arise. Dico emphasized the importance of good communication between husband and wife to maintain household harmony.
"We definitely communicate. A husband and wife must prioritize communication. If there are small arguments, it's definitely because the communication is weak, so communication must be strengthened," said Dico.
Dico & Chacha hope that the harmony of their household will be maintained in the future. By continuously learning and understanding each other, Chacha and Dico believe their relationship will become even stronger.
