Kapanlagi.com - Musician Angger Dimas has provided his testimony in the trial regarding the death of his son, Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo alias Dante, with the defendant Yudha Arfandi at the East Jakarta District Court on Monday (29/7/2024).
Angger was quite emotional when he saw Yudha Arfandi in person. In fact, he was so emotional that Angger Dimas admitted he almost fainted.
"Earlier, if friends noticed when we were gathered with witnesses and non-witnesses, I almost fainted because I was emotional, definitely because it was the first time I met the defendant," said Angger Dimas.
Angger Dimas was one of the people who provided witness testimony in front of the panel of judges. Angger Dimas stated that the trial went smoothly.
"Alhamdulillah today everything went smoothly," said Angger again.
On that occasion, Angger also mentioned that he received threats. According to him, several people visited his house with accusations of debt. Angger suspected that the threats came from the accomplices of the defendant.
"I just know, those who just know. The comments column that answers," said Dimas.
"Hmmm three to four people. Threats because I have a lot of debt," added Angger.
The trial of the case regarding Dante's death today is scheduled to hear witness testimonies. There are six witnesses who have provided their statements in front of the panel of judges.
In addition to Angger Dimas, there is also Tamara Tyasmara, and Tamara's mother, Ristya Aryuni, who will also testify in the case of Dante's death.
As information, the first hearing of the case of Dante's death with the defendant Yudha Arfandi has started on June 27, 2024. Dante passed away on January 27, 2024, in a swimming pool in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta.
Yudha is suspected of submerging Dante 12 times in a pool that is 1.5 meters deep, although Yudha claims the action was a breathing exercise.
Yudha Arfandi is charged under Article 80, Article 340 of the Criminal Code, and/or Article 338 of the Criminal Code, as well as/or Article 359 of the Criminal Code, with a potential life sentence.
