11 Photos of Nikita Mirzani Who Finally Allowed to Return Home After More Than 24 Hours Detained at Polresta Serang Kota

Last Thursday (21/7), Nikita Mirzani was forcibly picked up by the police of Polresta Serang Banten at Mal Senayan City. After being detained and undergoing an examination process for more than 24 hours, Nikita is finally allowed to go home. KapanLagi.com's camera successfully captured the moment of Nikita's release from Polresta Serang Kota today, Friday (22/7). Curious about what the photos look like?

This is the portrait of Nikita Mirzani after being allowed to return from Polresta Serang Kota, which has detained her for more than the last 24 hours.

Accompanied by her lawyer Fitri Salhuteru, Nikita was seen leaving the Serang Kota Police Station wearing a mask, white t-shirt, and black leggings.

As we know, previously Nikita was forcibly taken by the police from the Serang Banten Police Station at Senayan City Mall on Thursday (21/7) yesterday.

<nil>

This forced arrest was carried out because Nikita did not comply with the summon letter that had been sent by the investigator twice.

After previously being a witness, Nikita's status has now changed to a suspect in the defamation case reported by Dito Mahendra, Nindy Ayunda's boyfriend.

When asked what the actual reason Nikita was allowed to return home, the Serang police mentioned humanitarian reasons.

<nil>

"With humanitarian considerations, NM must accompany 3 children. Therefore, the investigator accommodated the request of NM's mother not to be detained. Tonight, NM's mother is allowed to leave the investigation room," said Kabid Humas of Banten Regional Police, Kombes Pol Shinto Silitonga at Polresta Serang Kota, Friday (22/7).

Although not detained, Nikita still has to fulfill the mandatory reporting agenda once a week.

Previously, Nikita's lawyer named Yafet Rissy stated that they highly appreciate the steps taken by the Serang Kota police.

<nil>

He also wants the police to truly uphold justice for this matter.

However, it seems that Dito Mahendra's hope for Nikita to be immediately prosecuted has been dashed because the mother of three has already been sent home and has agreed to report once a week.
