Today the South Jakarta Religious Court held the first divorce hearing for Ria Ricis and Teuku Ryan. They arrived separately at the court and went straight to the mediation room.
Ricis shed tears during the hearing, but she remains firm in her decision to divorce. Meanwhile, Teuku Ryan is still determined to save their marriage.
Teuku Ryan laughed happily upon arriving at the South Jakarta Religious Court. Today, the first hearing of his divorce with Ria Ricis was held on Monday (19/2).
Meanwhile, Ricis arrived with a downcast face. She did not comment on the initial lawsuit she filed against Ryan.
The first agenda of Ricis and Ryan's divorce hearing is mediation. This process is the beginning of the divorce hearing, to ensure that their lawsuit continues or the couple chooses reconciliation.
Teuku Ryan bowed his head when moving to the courtroom. He admitted that he still wants to reconcile with Ricis, and does not want a divorce.
When they met in the courtroom, Ricis still shook hands and greeted Ryan. While bowing, Ricis kissed Ryan's hand in front of the judges.
Nevertheless, Ricis remains firm in getting a divorce from Teuku Ryan. Despite undergoing mediation, Ricis' decision remains unchanged.
Ricis still smiled widely when the trial had not yet begun. She still threw smiles at the judge and journalists in the courtroom.
However, when the trial started, Ricis couldn't hold back her tears. She cried and wiped her tears during the trial, which was captured by the camera.
After the trial, Teuku Ryan still had time to meet with the media. He and his legal team believe that today's trial is not the end of everything.
Meanwhile, Ricis chose to leave and leave all comments to her legal team. She didn't want to make any personal statements regarding her divorce lawsuit against Ryan.
Ryan is still optimistic that his marriage with Ricis can be saved. Despite the failed mediation, Ryan hopes that they can reconcile with Ricis.
