Kapanlagi.com - Tamara Tyasmara and her ex-husband, Angger Dimas, revisited the CCTV footage related to the death of their child, Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo, who is suspected to have been drowned by the defendant Yudha Arfandi.

This CCTV footage was played again during the trial held at the East Jakarta District Court on Monday (19/8/2024).

This session presented three expert witnesses, namely Dr. Farah Kaurow SPFM, a forensic expert from the National Police Hospital; Albert C. Sutanto, the swimming coach of the Indonesian team and a member of the Indonesian Aquatics Federation; and Hery Priyanto, a digital forensics expert from the National Police.

The session began with the summons of Hery Priyanto as a digital forensics expert who focused on examining the CCTV footage that is key evidence in this case.

Considering the importance of the CCTV footage, the Chief Judge of the East Jakarta District Court, Immanuel, decided that the trial would be held in private.

Angger Dimas, who left the courtroom earlier, did not comment much after the CCTV footage of his child's death was played during the trial.

The results of the CCTV playback must not be disclosed to others, including the media crew.

Angger Dimas admitted to being very angry upon seeing the actions of Yudha Arfandi, who is suspected of having drowned Dante in the swimming pool.

In fact, he referred to Yudha Arfandi's actions as inhumane. "That nausea is not a human act," said Angger Dimas.

After Angger Dimas, Tamara Tyasmara left the courtroom in tears after watching the CCTV footage of her child's death during the trial. Like Angger Dimas, Tamara also did not disclose the results of the CCTV footage in the hearing.

"It’s not allowed. CCTV is indeed not allowed, because initially we were not allowed to enter but the judge gave a policy to allow us to go inside but it’s not allowed for the public," said Tamara Tyasmara.

"Yes, look again. Yes, weak. Very weak," added Tamara.

Initially, Tamara admitted that she did not want to see the CCTV footage of the moments leading to Dante's death. However, after it was deemed important enough, Tamara ultimately decided to directly view the CCTV footage of her child's death at the swimming pool.
