19th Anniversary, Erick Meijer Gives Sweet Surprise to Maudy Koesnaedi

On Wednesday, (23/9) yesterday, Maudy uploaded a greeting card written by Erick for her. In the card, it says, "My love, thank you for 19 years of 'Ngeyeuk Seureuh' together."

Erick also complemented the greeting card with a photo of himself and Maudy during the Ngeyeuk Seureuh traditional procession. A tradition performed by Sundanese bride and groom to ask for their parents' blessing.

2. Remembering Sweet Moments

Maudy Koesnaedi herself was surprised when Erick was able to find that old photo. She couldn't help but smile when reminiscing about that moment.

"I can't imagine BigE finding this photo and turning it into a Wedding Anniversary greeting card with a Cirebonese batik cover, Mega mendung, which became the nuance of our wedding batik," Maudy wrote.

"You always know how to make me laugh by remembering that happy moment. Thank you for reminding us of our happiness. Love you @emjkt," she continued.

3. Maintaining 19 Years of Marriage

Maudy also revealed some key factors in maintaining her nearly 20-year marriage. Starting from the effort to support each other to good cooperation between husband and wife.

"Living these 19 years by trying to support each other, take care of each other, and work together as taught in the Sundanese traditional wedding ceremony, Ngeyeuk Seureuh. That is love, care, and support. Thank you for your prayers and wishes. May we all be healthy and happy under the protection of Allah SWT," said this mother of one.
