Buried in TPU Jeruk Purut, Central Jakarta, Yanti Noor's body is laid to rest right beside the grave of the late Chrisye who left us all on March 30, 2007.

Chrisye and Damayanti Noor have been married since December 12, 1982. They have been blessed with four children.

Gusti Firoza Damayanti, that's her full name, was initially a secretary of Guruh SOekarnoputra.

The beginning of her meeting with Chrisye happened when the pop legend was collaborating with the son of the proclaimer to complete an album.

2. Once in a Long Distance Relationship

When they were in a romantic relationship, both Chrisye and Yanti had to suffer because of the distance that separated them.

At a young age of their relationship, Yanti decided to continue her career by working in Bali, while Chrisye's successful career made him travel around Indonesia for concerts.

However, when Yanti returned to Jakarta, Chrisye immediately married his dream woman.

3. Religion Conversion

Chrisye's love for Damayanti Noor surpassed everything. In order to marry Yanti, who is a Muslim, Chrisye then converted to the religion embraced by Yanti's family.

Their wedding ceremony followed the customs of Padang.

4. Sons and Daughters

From their marriage, four children were born. The first child is Rizkia Nurannissa.

Several years later, the second child, a girl, was born in the midst of their harmonious household. She is Risty Nurraisa.
