The mosque, named Birrul Walidain Olga Syahputra, stands in the middle of a residential area on 25 Swadaya Raya Street, Number 50 RT 07/RW 05, Duren Sawit Village, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta.
The Chairman of the Birrul Walidain Olga Syahputra Mosque Prosperity Council (DKM), Imron Rosyadi, revealed that Olga's extended family, through his father Nur Rachman, stated that the construction of the mosque was Olga's last will before he passed away in March 2015.
This Birrul Walidain Olga Syahputra mosque stands on a land area of ​​150 square meters with a building area of ​​approximately 280 square meters.
This mosque was actually built on waqf land with the name of Birrul Walidain mosque in 2015. However, by Olga's family, this mosque was renovated again to make it better.
"After Mr. Arifin told Mr. Nur Rachman that there was a mosque near his house that needed renovation, Mr. Nur Rachman immediately came to survey and talk to me, and he asked for permission to renovate this mosque with the request to add Olga Syahputra's name to the mosque," explained Imron.
This mosque has now become one of the destinations for people to worship, and hopefully this mosque will be a source of blessings for Olga Syahputra.
