Prosecutors suspect Harvey received Rp420 billion through corruption practices disguised as corporate social responsibility (CSR) funds from smelter profits. In the process, he was also charged with money laundering by purchasing luxury goods and properties.
The trial against Harvey was held on Monday (12/9), where the prosecutor read the official charges. In addition to Harvey, the prosecutor will also read charges against other defendants.
