The first Taburai eatery opened on Jalan Kemang Utara, South Jakarta, every day from 10 AM to 1 AM. Recently, the second branch has opened on Jalan Jend. Sudirman, Bekasi. Both are very crowded, you know!
The greatness of Taburai eatery is not just because of its unique name, but also because of its addictive menu. The recipe? A secret passed down from Mother Praz Teguh!
Pras himself emphasized that his warung is not a Padang restaurant. Nevertheless, there are a series of signature dishes worth trying, such as Fried Chicken with Kecombrang Rice, Soy Sauce Chicken Taburai, and Grilled Fish Taburai Rice.
Not only ordinary people, many artists and culinary influencers have acknowledged the deliciousness of Warung Taburai. From Andre Taulany to Ayu Ting Ting.
Ayu Ting Ting even praised the Fried Chicken with Kecombrang at Pras Teguh's warung. "The spices are really absorbed, the taste is natural and very delicious!" she praised.
In Andre's Youtube channel, Pras admitted that all the menu items at his warung are recipes from his late mother. Those recipes were passed down to Pras's wife.
The late one had previously wanted to open a small shop but that dream did not come true until their passing. Now, Pras is striving to realize that dream of his mother.
