7th Wedding Anniversary, Ruben Onsu Reveals the Reason Betrand Peto Doesn't Want to Have Another Sibling

Kapanlagi.com - Couple Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah are currently celebrating their 7th wedding anniversary. This moment is even more joyful with the presence of their three growing children.

When asked about it at Trans TV, South Jakarta, on Thursday (22/10), the 37-year-old artist admitted that their marriage has had its ups and downs.

"It's not easy, because I take it easy. The conflicts between me and Sarwendah are usually about the children. It's about how I spoil the children, or sometimes it's about Sarwendah. So it's about household conflicts, not other personal conflicts," Ruben Onsu explained.

1. Celebrated Simply

Ruben said that he didn't feel the 7-year duration of marriage. The reason is because he only considers it as a celebration, so it is celebrated simply.

"I don't feel it (7 years) because my principle is that it's always a celebration, so it's just a celebration. There's nothing special that has to be done," said Ruben.

2. No Plans to Have Another Child

When asked about plans to have another child, Ruben admitted that his eldest child, Betrand Peto, doesn't want a sibling yet. This is because they want to enjoy their time together like before.

"Let's wait for a while, it seems like he wants us to be together first and maybe three is enough. Yesterday, we were joking around and I said to my wife, 'I think I want to have another child'. Everyone looked at me, including Onyo and Wendah, even though it was just a joke. Wenda said I haven't finished breastfeeding yet and Onyo (Betrand) said 'no, dad'. Just teasing them," he said.

3. Wanting a Boy

However, Ruben also expressed his desire to have another child. He wants to have a son so that the number will be balanced.

"I want a boy so there will be two girls and a boy. That's if it happens. If not, it's okay, three is enough for me," he concluded.
