This recognition was revealed by Deddy when Nita was a guest on his podcast. In the podcast, it was known that Nita talked about many things.

One of them is the fact that he was born a Muslim. However, at a young age, he decided to convert to Christianity.

"(Nita) Christian. My dad is Muslim. My parents are Muslim, my sister is Muslim, my brother is Muslim," said Nita on Deddy Corbuzier's podcast.

Of course, this decision faced opposition. Since childhood, she was raised in the Islamic religion, even wearing a hijab to school. However, Nita decided to convert to another religion.

"I used to wear a hijab to school, pray five times a day, six actually, one of them being Tahajud. Then suddenly, when I was around 13 years old, I converted (religions)," she said.

He mentioned that his decision made him get kicked out and had to stay in a boarding house. "I've been kicked out of my house before. I remember when I was 15 years old, I stayed in a boarding house," he said.

As time went by, Nita's family eventually accepted her decision to change her beliefs. "My family used to strongly oppose it. And now they can accept it. If, for example, during Eid, I still come home. We never differentiate," she concluded.
