Presenter Ramzi and Avivah Thariq Basalamah or Avi Basalamah have been married for 17 years. Their married life is said to always appear harmonious and far from gossip.
From their marriage, they were blessed with a child named Asila Maisa Fatihah who is now 15 years old and starting to venture into the entertainment world.
Recently, a fact has emerged that Ramzi and Avi still want to have another child. What is their story like?
With Asila Maisa's new busyness, Ramzi briefly thought about having another child and giving his daughter a sibling.
"Really want to have another child. But Allah hasn't given it yet," said the 46-year-old man when met in the Cipete area, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (18/10).
Ramzi and his wife have made every effort to have a second child. One of the efforts is through IVF (in vitro fertilization) program.
Unfortunately, God has not yet willed for them to have another child. Ramzi and Avi admitted that they can only surrender and accept God's will.
"Already, I had a test tube baby program but Allah hasn't given it yet, so it's okay," said Ramzi.
Asila Maisa Fatihah herself, according to Ramzi, has wanted to have a sibling for a long time. Unfortunately, it hasn't been possible until now.
"Asila is already grown up, (she) forgot about wanting a sibling," Ramzi concluded with a smile.
