Recently revealed, it turns out that Zara, the younger sister of the late Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz alias Eril, is the painter of the portrait of Eril's face that was brought to the funeral on Monday (13/6). This fact was revealed through a video posted on an account suspected to be Zara's TikTok account.
"I dedicate this painting to my beloved brother," reads a caption at the beginning of the video, in English.
This is a portrait of Eril's 'smiling face' painting brought by the Ridwan Kamil family to the funeral.
Apparently, the painting is Zara's creation and is intended as one of the last forms of tribute to her brother.
Through a video post from an account allegedly belonging to Zara, Eril's younger sister, it can be seen that the painting was made using oil paint.
Brushes, oil paint, and canvas come together through the fingers of Zara, who is a student majoring in Architecture at ITB.
At the end of the video, the account bids farewell to Eril and hopes to meet again in Heaven.
