Since a few days ago, Awkarin has been on vacation in Sri Lanka and Maldives with Alden, her boyfriend. This vacation also celebrates Alden's birthday.
They did many activities there, from going to pubs, strolling and enjoying street food, to visiting Dambulla Rock Cave Temple.
Going to the Maldives is also one of their destinations. As known, the Maldives is famous for its beautiful sea. Karin chose a hotel located on the beach.
In addition to enjoying the atmosphere and beauty of the sea, they also went diving. Karin admitted that she never expected to be in this position, considering she used to be afraid.
"Two years ago, Karin was afraid of the sea or dark water. I have Thalassophobia. I didn't know that fear could be fought, learned, and loved," she wrote.
"And here I am now, addicted to the sea," she continued. Yes, not only can she enjoy the beauty of the coral, but she is also followed by a school of Sapuk Fish.
That moment was so memorable, because at first there was only 1 Sapuk Fish that appeared to greet them, but gradually more and more appeared and followed them during diving.
Awkarin also visited various historical places while in Sri Lanka, starting from Sigiriya Rock to Nine Arches Bridge.
