Comedian Nunung apparently still works even though she has to undergo routine chemotherapy for her breast cancer treatment. She does this because of her status as the head of the family and backbone who has to provide for the livelihood of her entire family. She can still work after getting permission from the doctor.

Nunung admits that she is grateful to be able to work while undergoing chemotherapy. One of the major reasons for her is the hospital costs that are not small. Undergoing chemotherapy, Nunung did not feel significantly better. Therefore, she asked the doctor's permission to allow her to continue working to cover the cost of treatment and her child's school fees.

In addition, Nunung admits that she prefers to be active rather than having to lie in bed. According to her, working actually makes her more enthusiastic.

In addition, her family still needs Nunung. It is known that Nunung was the backbone for 50 members of her family when she was still in good health. Now, she asks her family members to start living independently because Nunung is not as active as before.

Fortunately, Nunung is still able to look fit while working even though she now has to shave her hair bald due to hair loss during chemotherapy.

Nunung also expressed gratitude for not having any food restrictions. The doctor only advised her to consume vegetable and fruit juice.

Nunung revealed that she continues to strive and try to recover. She never stops praying to have her cancer removed soon and to be able to live her days normally without having to undergo chemotherapy again.

Behind her efforts, Nunung also admitted that she has accepted her illness. According to her, being the backbone of the family actually gives her the spirit to recover soon.
