Some happy news has just arrived from the extended family of Bamsoet alias Bambang Soesatyo, Chairman of the Indonesian People's Consultative Assembly. He has married his daughter named Debby Pramestya.
Through his Instagram account, Bamsoet shared photos of his daughter's wedding with a Police Officer named Iptu Nurul Farouq Fadillah.
Not just anyone, besides being a Police Officer, Debby's husband is also the son of a General. Iptu Nurul Farouq is known to be the son of West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police Deputy Chief Brigadier General Ruslan Aspan.
Both marrying into wealthy families, it's no wonder that their wedding reception was attended by government officials, including President Jokowi.
Due to his status as a Police Officer, it's not surprising that Debby's reception also included a sword ceremony, as seen in the picture above.
