Actress and celebrity Hana Hanifah has recently become the public's attention due to her troubled married life. They have only been married for a month but Hana Hanifah decided to file for divorce from her husband, Randy, who was caught cheating. Hana Hanifah attended the first trial of her divorce lawsuit at the Religious Court of Bogor, West Java, on Wednesday (25/10). She came accompanied by her lawyer, Acong Latief.
Unfortunately, the defendant, Randy, did not attend this hearing. So the hearing had to be postponed and will be held again on November 1st.
After attending the hearing, Hana Hanifah stated that she is determined to divorce. She even refused to participate in mediation with her husband because she wants the divorce process to be completed quickly.
Hana Hanifah also stated that she is ready to embrace the status of a widow. She believes it is better to be a widow than to constantly feel heartbroken. "It's better to be a quality widow," she said.
Instead of being sad about her divorce, Hana Hanifah has started to move on by beautifying herself. "Beautifying myself, this is the proof, my skin is peeling," said Hana Hanifah.
Hana Hanifah admitted to feeling regretful because of her decision to get married too quickly. But she is also grateful because she now knows her husband's true nature.
"Regretful. Maybe I was initially eager to get married, wanting to perform a lifelong religious duty, then I only knew him for three weeks and he proposed, so I accepted it. And then after a month, we finished our pilgrimage, Alhamdulillah, I was informed of his true nature," she explained.
Now Hana Hanifah will be more selective when it comes to choosing a partner. She is also still traumatized to get close to men. "Yes, maybe I'll be more selective, I don't think I'll date or get close to men anymore. It's more like trauma, it's better to be alone," she concluded.
