Jessica Iskandar is still producing breast milk and donating it to other babies in need. However, she admits that she has to be more selective in choosing recipients due to the high demand.

"I am still producing breast milk and donating it, but I have to be selective in choosing the recipients because there are so many requests, a lot," said Jessica Iskandar in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, recently.

"The changes are felt more emotionally, like fatigue and lack of sleep, but the support from my environment has been very helpful," she said.

One of the physical changes that bothered her after giving birth was the appearance of acne. According to her, this condition was caused by hormonal imbalance after childbirth. "Acne appeared due to hormonal imbalance after giving birth," she revealed.

In terms of breastfeeding, Jessica shared that initially her breast milk production was low due to bleeding. This condition caused her child, Hagia's, weight to drop. "At first, the breast milk production was low because that bleeding was normal, which is why Hagia's weight dropped for a while," she explained.

However, with consistent breastfeeding every two hours, Jessica's milk production increased and Hagia's weight also went back up. She felt relieved because her child's condition was getting better. "Milk production increased and Hagia's weight has gone up," she said.

Currently, at almost four months old, Hagia's weight has reached 8 kg, exceeding the doctor's target. Jessica is grateful because the breastfeeding process is going smoothly and yielding good results for her child's growth. "Now Hagia's weight is 8kg and she's almost 4 months old, more than the doctor's target," she said.

Jessica also reminds mothers not to easily give up on breastfeeding. According to her, every mother has different experiences, so it is important to find solutions that suit their individual conditions. "Every mother has a different experience, it's important to listen to your own body and seek help if needed," she concluded.
