Yesterday, Thursday (31/8), Yakub Hasibuan celebrated his 28th birthday. Jessica Mila and her in-laws surprised Yakub.
This surprise video was recorded and uploaded by Petty Hasibuan, Yakub's sister. Through her Instagram account, Petty tagged Jessica Mila and her sister.
Jessica joined in singing a birthday song for her beloved husband. A warm hug from their mother marked the beginning of the surprise for Yakub.
Although she didn't record it herself, Jessica Mila reposted the Insta Story made by her sister-in-law.
However, this short video caused a stir among netizens. The reason is that it wasn't Mila who was holding the birthday cake for her husband.
Netizens referred to Mila as a guest in her in-laws' house. Because she wasn't holding the cake even though the surprise was for her husband.
Netizens also stated that they would be upset if treated like Mila. However, the actress herself seems fine and does not mind who brought the cake.
Mila is actually happy on Yakub's birthday. She uploaded several stories about her beloved husband who just married her.
