The ceremonial bath was performed by Chacha in the yard of the house. Cindy and Firman watched the ceremony attentively.
During Chacha's ceremonial bath, Cindy and Firman's house yard was decorated with beautiful flowers. They chose green and white as the theme for this ceremonial bath.
Cindy and Firman themselves chose to wear Muslim clothes for this moment. They did not wear traditional kebaya for their child's wedding event.
In the siraman procession, after the bride-to-be has finished being showered with flower water, her father will carry her into the room. Usually, during this procession, the child will only pretend to be carried behind by her father.
But not with Firman, who truly carries Chacha in his embrace. He carries his child as if Chacha is still a little girl, and Firman doesn't let go of his beloved child until they enter the house.
This moment makes Cindy laugh throughout the journey inside the house. The family also laughs seeing Firman truly carrying his daughter.
