When met in the Ciledug area of South Jakarta on Monday (20/3) during the opening of his Ayam Goreng Forever restaurant, Rian shared how he dared to venture into the Food and Beverage business.

He explained that this time he is the owner, not the brand ambassador of Ayam Goreng Forever.

Rian recounted how it all started when he was a child and fried chicken was a luxury food that he could only enjoy once a month.

"I'm not a brand ambassador, I'm the owner. This business was truly built from scratch, I really built it. It started during the pandemic when Mas Ivan said that I had a dream of having an FnB fried chicken business," said Rian D'Masiv.

"Because I grew up in Ciledug, we lived as nomads from one rented house to another and if I'm not mistaken, the rent was Rp 250,000 per month. At that time, eating chicken once a month was a luxury, so if I ate fried chicken with my dad at a restaurant, it would only happen once a month, and the rest of the time we ate tempeh and vegetables," he continued.

It was this childhood experience that apparently inspired Rian to enter the business world. Not only did he want to create affordable fried chicken, but Rian was determined to create job opportunities for the community.

"Eating fried chicken was a luxury. That's why we can make fried chicken that everyone can eat every day without having to think about how much it costs. We make it affordable. If you eat international brand chicken, it's expensive, so people who can't afford it can still eat delicious fried chicken," he said.

"We can also create more job opportunities for people, this is a dream that we can also open up job opportunities," he said.
