Ashanty and Anang Hermansyah's family finally set foot in the Holy Land after several failed attempts to go on pilgrimage. Through her social media, Ashanty shared a series of moments during her and her family's journey of worship while in Mecca. This moment has been eagerly awaited by the Anang and Ashanty family.
Upon arriving in the Holy Land, Anang and Ashanty's family immediately performed a series of umrah rituals, even though they arrived at night.
Ashanty is grateful that Arsy and Arsya were able to participate in the umrah from the beginning to the end, even though the activities were carried out during their bedtime.
"Alhamdulillah, the first umrah is complete. The children are all happy and they followed until the end, even though we just arrived and started at 10 PM in Jakarta, and it's 2/3 AM, the children's bedtime. Full of tears and longing that we have held back. Thank you, Allah," said Ashanty.
Arsya's birthday, which falls on today (28/10), was celebrated simply in the Holy Land.
A birthday cake brought from Jakarta completes the celebration of Arsya's special day.
Ashanty has expressed that her family has canceled their umrah trip several times due to various reasons. Now she is very grateful to be able to fulfill her longing for the Holy Land.
"Oh Allah, after years and multiple cancellations, we finally can depart to Masjidil Haram. Thank you, Allah. May our steps be made easy, so that we can perform our worship in the holy land with devotion and without any obstacles," she said.
Ashanty also hopes to have the opportunity to return to the Holy Land someday.
