Marthino Lio is trusted to portray Glenn Fredly in the biopic film titled GLENN FREDLY THE MOVIE. Throughout the preparation process until it finally premiered in theaters, a closeness was formed between Marthino and Gewa.

The film GLENN FREDLY THE MOVIE held its gala premiere at Epicentrum XXI, Rasuna Said area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (24/4/2024). Before the event started, the cast and crew held a press conference.
During the press conference, Mutia Ayu was seen patiently dealing with Gewa's antics. Until her child chose to sit on Marthino Lio's lap.
While in Marthino Lio's lap, Gewa seemed relaxed and told stories. The actor responded enthusiastically, whispering and sharing laughter. Their closeness certainly caught attention.
Mutia Ayu said that Gewa calls Marthino Lio 'Ayah Lio' (Father Lio). This is because the actor portrayed her father in the film version.
"Gewa asked, 'Mommy, where are we going today?'. I said, 'We're going to the cinema again, we're going to watch daddy again'. He said, 'Oh, Ayah Lio'. Basically, he always asks about Ayah Lio," said Mutia.
While laughing, Mutia Ayu said that when she was with Marthino Lio, Gewa seemed to be against her. "Gewa, if he meets Lio, always antagonizes me, ha ha ha," said Mutia.
Marthino Lio himself did not expect that there would be a close relationship between him and Gewa. He considered the petite girl as his friend.
"We're best friends. I also didn't expect us to be this close," said the award-winning actor.
