Rizal Armada apparently has a different way of educating his children compared to most people and it's amazing. While most parents let their children watch television for entertainment, it's not the case for the Armada vocalist.

The 38-year-old man said that there is no television in his house. That's why his three children, Ghanie Al Fatih Putra Pradana, Ghazy Al Ghalibie, and Ghazali Al Farabi, never watch television when they are at home.
"TV is thankfully not available," said Rizal when met in the area of Jalan Letjen S Parman, West Jakarta, Thursday (27/6/2024).
Furthermore, Rizal said that they usually can watch shows on TV when they visit their relative's house. "They watch TV when they visit their grandmother's house," he said briefly.
Indeed, Rizal and Monica Imas, his wife, agree not to allow their child to watch TV or play with mobile phones. The reason is that although there are many good things that can be learned from watching TV or using mobile phones, there are also shows that they consider to be damaging.
"Yes, I am quite selective, especially now there are many scary shows with LGBT content inserted, that's why my wife is very concerned about what our children watch," explained Rizal.Â
In addition, Rizal said that they initially had a television at home. But their television broke and they decided not to buy a new one anymore. "Initially, it was accidentally thrown by one of the children, so we no longer have a TV, two TVs were broken by toys," he said. Â
Not providing entertainment or gadgets does not mean that Rizal's children get bored. He replaces it by buying toys and always playing together with his three children.Â
"Toys, we also play a lot with the children, play outside, even when playing with friends we choose carefully, not those who hold gadgets," he concluded.
