When met in the Cikini area, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday afternoon, January 24, Intan, accompanied by her lawyer, Koko Joseph Irianto, explained the chronology of the alleged act of violence. 

It turns out that it was caused because MW asked for indecent photos from Intan's lover, who happened to have a strained relationship at that time.  

"The chronology is that my client has a boyfriend, their relationship is strained, MW is a close friend so when his relationship with my client's boyfriend was strained and MW was contacted by my client's boyfriend, then because there was an opportunity to be contacted without any connection to continue communication, he asked for genital photos," said Koko Joseph Irianto.

Because of this, it became the initial cause of the conflict between Intan and MW. The legal counsel also regrets that MW on social media conveyed things that are not in accordance with the actual events.

"That act is what made my client angry. The incident on January 21, my client met MW at a club and a conflict occurred, and MW's sibling committed a very brutal crime by hitting a woman three times in a very cruel manner. One on the front head, one on the top of the head, and another one while pulling the hair, and all of these have complete forensic evidence. I believe that this act is completely inhumane. That's why as the legal counsel, I am also furious about this case," said Koko Joseph.

"And on social media, there are also statements that are not appropriate, there are spitting, I have CCTV, there is no spitting, as concrete evidence for this case," he continued.

As legal counsel, Koko Joseph wants MW to face strict legal action for his actions against his client.

"The worst part is that WM hit a woman. So she was hit in the head area, this was held by her friends, I don't know if her friends were involved. So when she was beaten, my client's hands were held. It's really like a helpless woman. The complete medical evidence must be secured, in my opinion," he concluded.
