'Ikatan Cinta' soap opera actor Kevin Hillers is being sued civilly by Doctor Siska Khair. The lawsuit, according to Siska Khair's legal representative, Pitra Romadoni, was filed by his client because Kevin Hillers is alleged to have committed breach of contract as a Brand Ambassador for Siska's clinic and beauty products in March 2021.

Kevin Hillers, known as an 'Ikatan Cinta' soap opera actor, allegedly did not fulfill his obligations as a Brand Ambassador according to the contract, according to Pitra.
"The agreement was made on March 7, 2021, in a 1-year contract. Within 1 year, KH (Kevin Hillers) had to make 12 X (on Instagram) with 2 slides, 1x story plus 3 feeds per month. However, in the middle of the journey, the agreement between Doctor Siska and KH was not fully fulfilled," said Pitra Romadoni in the West Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (11/10/2022).
Pitra said that as a result of Kevin Hillers' actions, his client suffered material and immaterial losses amounting to IDR 1.5 billion.
"The money that has been given by Dr. Siska to KH is IDR 120 million, so regarding this issue, Dr. Siska suffered material and immaterial losses amounting to IDR 1.5 billion, which is what we are currently suing for," he said.
Dr. Siska hopes that Kevin Hillers will take responsibility by returning the agreed amount of money.
"According to the agreement made, the concerned party must fully return the agreed contract and pay a penalty of IDR 428 million for the breach of contract committed by KH," said Pitra Romadoni.
The West Jakarta District Court has scheduled the first hearing of this breach of contract lawsuit for Tuesday (11/20/2022).
However, the hearing was postponed due to the Chief Judge being sick and Kevin Hillers, the defendant, not being present. The hearing is planned to be held again next week, on Tuesday (18/10/2022).
