Maia Estianty started her business career after marrying Irwan Mussry in 2018. Her ventures now encompass various fields, ranging from skincare beauty, culinary, restaurants, outsourcing companies, to real estate.
This 48-year-old woman emphasizes that all the business lines she owns will be inherited by her three children, namely Al Ghazali, El Rumi, and Dul Jaelani. Check out the full story!
"Of course, if I don’t inherit it, it would have been sold," Maia stated in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, recently.
Maia feels grateful because her three children are now adults and able to earn their own money. As is known, Al, El, and Dul already have their own income. They often appear on screen as well.
"The kids are like working on their own to earn money, right?" added Maia, who was previously a member of the music group Ratu.
In managing her time between work and family, Maia admits to having a special strategy. She ensures that nothing is neglected, both her duties as a wife and mother, as well as her work.
"Coincidentally, the office is at home, so I don't have to go too far. It's actually worse if I used to sing back in the day. I used to travel a lot, right?" she explained.
Maia feels more comfortable working from home right now, even though she is still working, because she can spend more time with her children.
"In the past, we had to fly everywhere. The difference now is that I fly abroad to accompany my husband," said Maia Estianty.
Responding to the question of whether her husband asked Maia to reduce her activities in the entertainment world and focus on business, Maia explained, "Oh no, before I met Mas Irwan, I was already kind of bored with the music world. So I was already focused on the trading world."
