There is speculation about the perpetrator being referred to as an alcohol addict, Kombes Wira stated that this allegation is still under investigation.
However, so far, the actions of the perpetrator are believed to have been triggered by spontaneous emotions after feeling insulted by the victim.
“We will investigate that further, meaning we have not found it as material for further investigation. But, in terms of facts,” he explained.
