Since the end of January, Vidi Aldiano has been undergoing detox therapy in Thailand. The husband of Sheila Dara Aisha chose TanyaSamui as the place for holistic retreat and detox therapy. Through his Instagram account, Vidi shared photos of his time there. Curious to see?
This is Vidi Aldiano's post as he started his first day at TanyaSamui, Thailand for detox therapy.
During 11 days on Koh Samui Island, Vidi was truly tested physically and mentally, as he was not allowed to consume solid food at all.
Undergoing detox therapy for health reasons, Vidi only drank oil, herbal drinks, and juices during those 11 days.
Experiencing many ups and downs at the retreat, Vidi also admitted that his GERD flared up and made him quite depressed.
Nevertheless, Vidi felt grateful that this detox therapy also brought extraordinary effects to his body. In addition, he could also enjoy the beauty of the island there.
Despite undergoing healing sessions during the therapy, Vidi didn't forget to greet his fans through the online journal he uploaded on Instagram.
He is also happy to gain experience, stories, and many incredible lessons while there, also receiving the best wishes from other participants.
After 11 days of undergoing detox therapy, Vidi returned home to Jakarta to meet his family and had to undergo radiation treatment sessions for his kidney cancer.
